敬啟者: 際此新春佳節，謹祝各會館、公所全體企人新春大吉，會務興隆，和諧禮讓，僑梓團結. 第十三屆全美岡州會館懇親大會籌委小組於本月十三日舉行第四次會議.會後有多項有關懇親重要議決條款，茲特專函奉達祈望彼此落實執行: 鑑於人民幣不斷升值，加上通貨膨脹，物價飊升，選擇前往故鄉懇親，亦非化算;且辦理手續繁瑣.有見及此，籌委小組建議集資籌款等辦法如下: A.凡參加懇親之代表及觀禮嘉賓必須於本年八月十五日前報名參加，報名費每位代 表夫婦及每對嘉賓夫婦一律均為的400元，單身者250元.參加名單及報名費須於報名期限(即八月十五日)前交到本總會館，以便及早預定酒店房間、統計宴會人數和預購紀念品等. B.凡衹參加觀禮、宴會、巡遊、旅遊而不入住酒店者，每對夫婦報名費為250元，單 身者125元. c.各埠會館、公所之樂助善款，懇請於本年六月十五日前交來本總會館，俾能從容 運作辦理各項事務. D.審委小組即將印製參加懇親報名表格以及報名費收據，以便提早寄往各地各埠會 館、公所備用. 此致 美國各埠會館、保安堂、新會同鄉會、鶴山公所、崇山會館 三藩市岡州總會館 主席 林柏壽 謹啟 公元二０一一年三月廿日 March 20, 2011 To Whom This May Concern: Season’s greetings to all association members. We wish you all prosperity and harmony in the new year. The Planning Committee for the 13th Kong Chow National Convention met for the fourth time on the 13th of this month. Several important decisions regarding the Convention emerged as a result of this planning meeting. We communicate them to you via this official announcement in the hope that they would be carried out with all your cooperation and assistance: Considering the fact that the Chinese currency (RMB) has been rising in foreign exchange rates in additional to widespread price inflation in China, we expect the choice to hold our National Convention in our hometown to be a costly one. Furthermore, all arrangement procedures are expected to be cumbersome. In light of these expectations, the Planning Committee adopted the following funding approach: A. All participating delegates and guests are required to register on or before August 15th. Registration fees shall be $400 for each delegate couple or guest couple and $250 for a single individual. All registration information and fees must be submitted to this Association on or before August 15th, so that hotel reservations, Conventional participant head count, and souvenir arrangements could be planned ahead of time. B. For those who intend only to participate in ceremonies, banquets, touring and traveling without the need for hotel rooms, the registration fees should be $250 and $125 for each couple and single individual, respectively. C. Voluntary donations from all associations would be greatly appreciated if they could be sent to this Association on or before June 15th. The Planning Committee will be printing shortly registration forms and receipts for registration fees for all associations.

11月10日 (星期四)
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM 全體代表及嘉賓必須到新會碧桂園鳳凰酒店大堂報到，分配房間鎖匙，領取紀念品，登記護照號碼，分派代表証或嘉賓証，然後各自回房休息。 6:00 PM 全體代表及嘉賓參加新會區人民政府歡迎晚宴(鳳凰酒店內) 8:30 PM 全體代表於酒店内「日內瓦會議室」舉行臨時會議。
11月11日 (星期五)
7:00 AM 晨早被喚醒服務喚醒。酒店內免費自助旱餐。 9:00 AM 全體代表在「日內瓦會議室」正式舉行懇親代表大會（包括提案及決議）。 10:00 AM 全體代表及嘉賓齊集酒店門外，乘坐大巴前往新會人民大會堂，拍攝合照後進行巡遊活動，四頭醒獅助興，外僑局聯繫交警維持秩序，全程有衛生醫療輔助及前導隊，巡遊路線圖：人民大會堂－＞知政路－＞仁壽路－＞華僑大廈。全程完畢後，步行至新金田酒店午膳。 1:30 PM 乘坐原車返回酒店作息或自由活動。 4:30 PM 假座鳳凰酒店國際中心正式舉行第十三屆懇親大會開幕儀式，包括各領導與全體代表拍攝合照，大會主席致開幕詞，大會總顧問致詞，各領導講話，宣讀賀詞，致送及回贈紀念品。 6:30 PM 盛大開幕晚宴開始，席間有民族舞蹈、雜技、魔術、小品笑劇，歌手獻唱等節目助興。
11月12日 (星期六)
7:00 AM 晨早被喚醒服務喚醒。酒店內免費自助旱餐。 8:30 AM 酒店門前集合，乘坐旅遊大巴出發前往肇慶一日遊，景點包括七星岩、鼎湖山景區和七星岩牌坊廣場，當日在肇慶享用午餐。 6:30 PM 返回會城後，旅行社負責安排在市區內著名大酒樓晚膳。
11月13日 (星期日) 7:00 AM 晨早被喚醒服務喚醒。酒店內免費自助旱餐。 11:00 AM 在國際中心舉行閉幕儀式，主席宣讀決議案 ，社團互贈紀念品，閉幕午宴開始。 1:00 PM 退房，互相珍重道別，後會有期。謹祝繼續前往國內旅遊梓里旅途愉快，飛返原居地鄉親一路順風平安； 全體參與者身體健康，家庭幸福。感謝領導政要熱情招待，大力支持；協助辦理商號生意興隆；敬祝祖國經濟繁榮，國家富強，人民和諧幸福地生活。 |

NOVEMBER 10 (THURSDAY) 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM Delegates and guests report their arrivals at the main lobby of the Xinhui Country Garden Phoenix Hotel for room keys, commemorative gift pack, passport registration, distribution of delegate and guest passes. Retreat to your room for rest afterward. 6:00 PM Delegates and guests will be treated to a welcome banquet hosting by the People’s Government of Xinhui at the County Garden Phoenix Hotel. 8:30 PM Delegates are required to gather in the Geneva Conference Room for the Preparatory Meeting.
NOVEMBER 11 (FRIDAY) 7:00 AM Morning call at 7:00 AM. Free breakfast is served at the hotel. 9:00 AM Delegates are gathering in the Geneva Conference Room to conduct a delegation meeting, including the submission of propositions. 10:00 AM Delegates and guests will gather in front of the hotel to board a bus heading to the People’s Hall of Xinhui where group pictures will be taken, and then prepare for a parade with 4 dancing lions. Officers from the Overseas Administrative Office and local police will keep things in order along the parade route with accompanying medical staff and color guards. Luncheon will be served at the New Gold Mine Hotel in Xinhui after the parade. 1:30 PM Taking the same bus return to the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel for relaxation or enjoy activities of your choice. 4:30 PM Opening Ceremony for the 13th Kong Chow Benevolent Association National Convention will be held at the Country Garden Phoenix Hotel. Activities include picture opportunities for delegates and local government officials, addresses by convention chairs, chief advisor of the convention, government officers, reading of con-gratulatory greetings, and dedication of gifts. 6:30 PM Gala Convention Banquet. Entertainment includes performances by cultural dancers, an acrobatic troupe, a magician, sitcom skits, and singers.
NOVEMBER 12 (SATURDAY) 7:00 AM Morning call at 7:00 AM. Free breakfast is served at the hotel. 8:30 AM Gathering in front of the hotel to board a bus going to Zhaoqing (肇慶) for a 1 day tour. Scenic spots include the 7-Star Crags (七星岩), Dinghu Mountain Scenic District (鼎湖山景區), and the 7-Star Crags Gateway Square (七星岩牌坊廣場). Luncheon will be provided locally at Zhaoqing. 6:30 PM The tour company will arrange for dinner at a local famous restaurant upon returning to Xinhui.
NOVEMBER 13 (SUNDAY) 7:00 AM Morning call at 7:00 AM. Free breakfast is served at the hotel. 11:00 AM Closing Ceremony will be held at the International Center at the Phoenix Hotel. Agenda includes the announcement of propositions voting results, and the exchange of gifts between various associations. Closing Ceremony luncheon will be served. 1:00 PM Check out of the hotel; farewell to each other and we’ll meet again in 3 years. Pleasant trips for those who are continuing sightseeing in China; a safe trip for those who are heading for home. Wishing all participants of this convention good health and a harmonious family. Heartfelt thankful to local government officials for their hospitality in hosting this event; special gratitude toward sponsoring manufacturers and business entities for their supports.
